My friends account is stuck in pandoria! She is stuck doing the saving anne quest but you cant finish the quest without ur starter! She is in pandoria with a pintabian and she cant use the portal until she finishes the quests!

I’m back playing for the first time since cata, and i know i can use chromie time. However, i’m playing with a new player who doesn’t have access, but wants to level in mop content. At this point we both have new level 11 toons and want to get to pandaria, but for the life of me i can’t figure out how.
I feel foolish for not being able to figure this out. Pandorian rifts, a. k. a pandoria portals, are special portals players can travel through to revisit pandoria. Only one portal is open per day and the location changes every day among seven different spots.
