This trophy can only be obtained during the boss fight against marguerite in the greenhouse. It is recommended to create a manual save file before going for this, in case you kill her before unlocking the trophy. Start the fight and hit.
Travel to the greenhouse behind the trailer you start, drop down a hole on the second floor and run up the stairs to trigger the final marguerite fight. During the fight, she'll climb along the walls and cealings. She'll stop and look at you right before leaping.
