Sometimes in open world games/mmo's these creep in due to sheer size of the world, things get missed. And often times these aren't even holes as in a visual hole in ground, moreso then a tear in the face of a surface. So usually they aren't even seen or found until someone falls out of the playspace and reports it's location.

Legend of the seven seas is a wonderful animated feature by dreamworks. If you go up the ramp on the island and to the right, you will find a ladder down a hole. There is a platform inside at the bottom that you can stand on and trigger the riddle.
I'd try playing a shanty in the mermaid statue cavern, it has a climbing hole above it. Do it at the top of the ladder before you go down the hole. @killerrabit420 this one is annoying because it took a friend to help me out.
If you remember the highest point to the south. If you face west and a little bit lower you will see a grassy location with a palm tree and a rock. Play the music or whatever on top of the small rock, it should work then.
(i say the small rock since it can have. It says the snake slithers in sand under the island's grand archway. i'm here, i see the paintings on the wall. But nothing is buried in the sand.
