I’d say this could go either way depending on what happens with maul, oddly enough. He’s the weakest here, but he’s strong enough to help vader or dooku kill mace while the other holds yoda off, after which they can all take him out together. But if maul bites it early on, i don’t see the remaining sith winning.

The more evil sh!t you do,. Darth vader is one of the most powerful force users in star wars and is more powerful than when he was anakin due to using the dark side of the force. Mace windu was able to beat darth sidious but so was darth vader.
I think darth vader has the edge because of dark side abilites and strength but it’s really close. Darth vader wins 6/10. I am using the canonical versions of each of these characters and vader is much more powerful in this form.

Who would win in a fight? Darth vader is truly a “what if” story because he was full of incredible potential and could have easily been the strongest force user in the history of the galaxy. While he was still a powerful force user when he became more machine than man, the fact is that he was.
Vader's arrival on naboo from vader: Episode 1 shards of the past, is prefaced with the events you are about to witness with the clone troopers and the survi. Windu 's greatest advantages are shatterpoint and vaapad and his considerable battle experience.
Darth sidious (swl) & darth vader (swl) versus yoda (swl) & mace windu (swl). Who will win in a fight between darth sidious (swl) & darth vader (swl) and yoda (swl) & mace windu (swl)? Windu only beat sidious because of two major amps (emotion and perfected vaapad, see geek rant mace vs sidious ).
Mace is still faster but vader is stronger and has a greater level of endurance, dueling wise i'd say vader > windu, same with force abilities. Not at the time of his fall. Master windu was considered very deadly in a duel.
Now, i doubt he would fare as well against a darth vader some twenty years later. Why do i mention this? Because mace considered obi.
