No sleeveless tops (without a covering). Polished shoes or dress running shoes. Make sure that your skirt or dress length is well below the knee and that you are comfortable to jump around in praise songs.
We always wear pants/jeans that are at least 3/4 length (cover your knees). Jeans can be ripped at the knee, but no rips above the knee or gaping holes. A belt is always a good idea.
