Hi, some of our users were recently not able to activate the connection between health mate and google fit. This has been fixed a couple of days ago. Furthermore, please know that we are going to release health mate 5. 8. 0 on android at the end of this week, beginning of next week at the latest.
Hence google fit always reports a steps figure too low. Clearly this isn't a google problem, its a withings problem which their developers need to acknowledge and fix. Scroll down to apps, tap google fit and then deactivate it from health mate.

They are ultimately responsible for making sure that their application is communicating correctly with google fit. I know google recently began enforcing some new changes on how apps are permitted to access google fit, and it doesn't look like. My husband's phone updated to google fit ver 2. 48 and can no longer sync with the unitedhealthcare app.
