Every time i load the game it’s stuck at 90% and i can’t even press online. I’ve reset the ps4 to default setting and it still won’t load any. Press j to jump to the feed.
Posted march 14, 2015 (edited) whenever i try to load gta online it just gets stuck at 90% forever (and i mean forever). And when i try to load story mode first (story mode works fine) but when i go to play online it just gets stuck at the joining gta online screen. It's not rockstar's servers this time because it was doing.
Stuck at 90% loading for online on ps4. Instead, follow these steps to clear cache on an xbox one: Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.
Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console. Press the power button on the console three or four times. When trying to start gta, the loading screen goes up to 90% and litterally just stays there forever.
I left my playstation on over night and everything and it just sits on that loading screen. Its not frozen either because the pictures in the back and the loading icon still moves. Question: i used to be able to play gta online without any problems, but now i can't because it gets stuck on an endless load screen during the transition into online.
Please help me to get back in the game!answer: first, try loading another character slot to determine whether the problem is happening only on that one character, or if you are unable to. Just bought the game online from psn store. It is the premium online edition.
Took hours to download it. Started for the first time, and the game is stuck at 90% loading. This is the story mode i'm talking about since it is the very first time.
I have tried the following: 1) resetting the console, the controller, the game. If you're stuck at 90% loading (ps4) had this issue and searching google didn't really give an answer on how to fix this.
But i figured it out myself so this is for people who are stuck at 90% loading screen. Hold down ps button, go to sound/devices, turn off device, turn off controller, turn it back on, wait 20 seconds and it loads in. Open the gta 5 menu in online mode or story mode by pressing esc on the keyboard.
Switch to the settings tab. Navigate to the menu on the left then select the item save and. Suspend gtav. exe process.
Another solution is to minimize your game and open your resource monitor. Do this by hitting your windows key and typing in resource monitor. Gta online stuck at 90% (ps4) i can't join gta online since a couple days.

Unplugged my ps4 6. Restarted the game and had it freeze at 90% again but not hard locked 7. Exited game via main menu 8.
Loaded game and stuck at 90% again, waited 3 minutes and it loaded. Good luck, ps4, x1, and pc are all a mess right now. Left my ps4 in rest mode and came back to boot up the game to only have it get stuck at 90% for story mode (and online, i tried) deleted last quick save;
