Posted february 10, 2020 (edited) i have just designed a modified version of the british tech tree for tanks but the question has been bugging me, should we add a 5th tree to the game, or should we add a completely separated commonwealth tree with these tanks a bit. Germans also get many tank destroyers and good heavy and medium tanks but start to become lacking at the cold war ranks. First air to air kill of the war and first capital ship to be sunk by dive bombing both went to the skua. Aside from what has already been put in the tech tree for release, if i could add one aircraft to the entire game, it would be this one.

The british tree definitely needs more vehicles, but i feel this is a little too much (i like my cromwell units unadulterated). The focus, in my opinion, should be keeping close to the historic usage while also making sure the grind is worthwhile and somewhat rewarding.
It has always been a mystery to me on how to grind the ground british tech tree. Rank 1 is simple, it plays like any other countries with light tanks. Rank 2 tho is bit of a hit or miss.
It's not very balanced in terms of vehicle choice. You either have slow, armoured cruiser tanks, or wheely bois, in the name of sarc 2 and 6 pdr. Continue browsing in r/warthunder.
This is a subreddit for war thunder, a cross platform vehicular combat mmo developed by gaijin entertainment for microsoft windows, macos, linux, playstation 4, and xbox one. My suggestion would be the sentinel tank series as premium era 2 & 3 as a replacement for the tiger 131.
