The uncharged shot is weaker in exchange for that speed. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't come at the cost of denying 'brimsnap'. You lose the ability to charge brimstone for damage in the next room (when you already lose a charge if you take a hit).
These are the issues of chocolate mlik with brimstone. It has issues with 'attack flies' and. More posts from the bindingofisaac community.

I like chocolate milk quite a bit. The shots charge up quick and do good damage at full. Isaac's tears will nearly instantly recharge while charging a chocolate milk shot.
As isaac with no other items besides 'chocolate milk' and ipecac, i did a bit of testing. Normal shots would do 53. 5 dmg per shot, while a fully charged shot would yield a total of 61. 27. Note that there is no charging animation, and it takes around 2 seconds to complete this charge.

X0. 3 damage multiplier. Tears gain random worm trinket effects, as well as some item effects such as rubber cement, my reflection and tiny planet. Azazel's / tainted azazel's brimstone will fire as long as you hold down the fire button and can be aimed in any direction.

Chocolate milk + cursed eye as forgotten is super op for everything but delerium. It rocks delerium, but he's such a cheap mofo that he will constantly trigger cursed eye's teleport so you have to beast him nearly perfect. Last edited by theserpentmage ;

Chocolate milk + technology 2. The other day i was playing this game, and i received chocolate milk plus the technology 2 ability. What happened was there was a continuous laser beam, without the need to hold down on the directional keys.
So, from the update before guppy's update, we saw soy milk, which heavily increases tear rate, but severely lowers damage. What would the synergy be between soy milk and chocolate milk? I'd like it to result in player charging up a massive amount of tiny tears and releasing them all at once.
Please ed or tyrone, if it's not how it works, make. This is in a group of items like isaac's heart and guillotine. Chocolate milk is obviously good, but i never use it.
