Hey guys , i'm trying to make an android tablet using raspberry pi 3. I have a 7 inch touchscreen display. I have downloaded the image from youtube tutorials for nougat and marshmallow.
But it happens to run only on hdmi tv and not on touchscreen display which uses the dsi port of raspberry pi. Huan makes it clear that. Download the compressed image from the minibian web site and extract the. img from it.
It showed up as /dev/sdb on my machine which might be different on yours. I used the dd command (required super user privilege though) to write the image into the disk using the instructions here. Type in pi as username and raspberry as password to log in to the pi.
And again type in only tightvncserver and send. It will ask for a password. Give the password and give it again to verify.

Usually, i only run script from lcd show for 3. 5 inch that available in waveshare site. But android doesn't support sudo which used in that script. I'll use it to develop mobile device app system.

Screen quality is commensurate with the price tag and is best described as decent with sufficiently clear picture quality and passable colors.
